REVIEWS

First and foremost, I am a healthcare professional in Palm Beach County. I had many good choices and no shortage of contacts when the time came to find quality rehabilitation services for my mother following her serious car accident. Ultimately, I chose Medicana. I can thankfully say that I have zero regrets. Vicky in admissions, Beth in social work, Peta the unit manager, an Nick the rehab manager were all magnificent and provided my mother the care she needed to regain her health and ultimately transition home safely. Many facilities in PBC boasts about their "looks." Medicana may not have the newest and glitziest facility, but their care is second to none. Thank you Medicana for the excellent care you provided my mom!

After a recent lengthy illness, my Mother was unexpectedly denied acceptance back to her assisted living apartment at Cresthaven East. We found ourselves at the last minute trying to find a long-term care (LTC) facility that had a bed available for her. It was a very stressful situation as Mom was crushed that she would be unable to return to her friends at Cresthaven. In addition, over the year's Mom has been at several similar facilities, (Signature, Consulate, Hamlin Place, and Palm Garden) ALL of which were sorely lacking for a variety of reasons. None of which she will ever return to. For additional context, I am a Registered Nurse. To be honest Medicana was not our first choice. However they had a bed available, time was running out, and the facility is fairly close. She was transferred to Medicana on the day before her birthday and we had our fingers crossed. I cannot tell you how impressed we are with the facility! The moment she entered the door she was greeted with "Welcome home" by the staff and it has only gotten better from there. EVERYONE from the admissions director, the business office, the Administrator, the Charge Nurse, the PT team, the nurse's and CNA's, the front desk, dietary and more (I hope I'm not forgetting anyone?) have absolutely gone above and beyond in providing excellent care for my Mom. I cannot say enough about the care, the compassion, the level of organization, and the responsiveness to her and our family's needs. We've unfortunately had so many bad experiences in comparison, and therefore we were quite worried that our past experiences would be repeated. That definitely is not the case. Our family is so grateful to Medicana. They are absolutely a pleasure. Top notch in every way. Should you require LTC service's I strongly suggest that you give them consideration. I doubt you will come away being disappointed! Medicana...thank you so much.
